To the manufacture and staff associated with Alpha-Stim technology,

Since I was a child I have been an athlete, during 1979-81 I was the United States Surfing champion, and on the tour representing Quicksilver All-star Team. I have suffered for over 16 years with Fibromyalgia, and Cervical disc/and degeneration of C 5-7, canal stenosis, enlarged Flavia ligament pressing on the spinal column and L-5 which has slipped forward ¼”, also degenerating torn ligaments. I also spent 6 months in a wheel chair and 1 year on a cane. About 1½ years ago the burning pain, excruciating sensitivity to touch, and atrophy of my arms lead to the added diagnosis of RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy). Then a year ago November I broke my left shoulder adding to all my injuries. The list of treatments, I have tried, medicines, herbs, alternative treatments, trips out of the US and medical devices is beyond listing here.

For the last 2 years my pain treatment has been enduring 20-30 nerve/trigger point injections almost weekly along with increasing strength and types of pain medicines. December of 2001 my doctor researched and bought the Alpha-Stim 100 to help me. My injections have been reduced to 3-4 weeks. The amount of pain meds has been reduced. I started cross training 30 min 2x per week for the last 5 months; I recently added light swimming and surfing in the last few weeks. I use my stim everywhere; it’s especially helpful for the burning pain in my back, shoulder and my neck pain. After I surf or swim I use it on the shoulder I broke to reduce the pain caused by rotating the damaged areas. The Alpha-Stim 100 is a miraculous piece of our modern world!
