7/25/91 FROM DORIS ENDLER I received the Alpha-Stim CS system last march 1990. I have been suffering from severe migraines for approximately four years. My headaches stem from a number of different reasons such as: stress, back pain, severe neck pain and two motor vehicle accidents within the past year. My doctor has diagnosed me with migraine headaches / stress
and injury related. Previous treatment used; chiropractic treatment which does help but not on a consistent basis. Also exercise and physical therapy is always a must to relieve tension. I have found that with the Alpha-Stim CS
system it amazingly relieves not only neck and back pain but also headaches. In the past I have been prescribed different medications and treatments that have been unsuccessful or have only helped up to a certain point. The
