I have used the Alpha-Stim device for over a year now in my acupuncture practice.  It relaxes people during the treatment and also helps relax them while I am putting the needles in. It has also helped a lot with myofacial pain, something I treat quite often.

For my own personal use, I have found it useful in combating depression, insomnia, and myofacial pain. In addition, I have had some incredible experiences using it while making love!
